Back Order Policy: A backorder is automatically created when your request exceeds our inventory.
If an item is out of stock you will be notified via email. If your order contains (1) one or more items that are out of stock we may at our discretion split the order into multiple shipments unless otherwise instructed. The items that are in stock at the time of the initial order will ship via the shipping method originally selected. All items that are out of stock will ship at our expense via first class mail when they become available.
Return and Exchange Policy: We will gladly take returns for all items (unless otherwise noted). The item(s) must be unused, unaltered and returned with the original product packaging.
All sale, discounted, discontinued/retired and/or customized items are final (no returns will be authorized).
While there is no restocking fee for returned items, shipping fees are not refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, your refund will be processed minus shipping.
Refunds, Exchanges or Store Credit
A return authorization number must be obtained from us via phone (402.926.3479 ext 1) within 21 days of receiving the item(s) for a refund, exchange or store credit.
- The return authorization number must appear on the outside of the package. We recommend you insure and/or request tracking for the package when sending it back to us. We also recommend using a padded envelope or box to ensure items do not fall out of the packaging during transit. We will not issue a refund, exchange or store credit for items we have not received.
- Returns without a return authorization number will be processed on a case by case basis and will result in an exchange or store credit only, if anything. Please call before shipping back your item(s).
Gift Returns
If you have received an item from Elisa Ilana/Pandora Jewelry as a gift you can return it for exchange or store credit within the parameters outlined above.
Our Quality Assurance department will determine if the item(s) are in original, unworn condition your request will be processed in the order it was received. Please allow up to 14 days for your request to be processed. During and after peak holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, allow 4-6 weeks for your request to be processed.
Holiday returns: Orders placed between Thanksgiving and Christmas have an extended return policy through January 15th.
